Linda has been a Miami resident since 1973. In 1987 she started work full time as a real estate professional. Since that time Linda distinguished herself in the J Poole Associates Real Estate company by climbing into the top 5% of J Poole associates, and was the number one agent for the Pinecrest office in 1998. In the spring of 2000 Linda became the Sales Director for the Arvida Realty Services, Kendall office. In April 2002 Arvida joined the Coldwell Banker family. She consistently ranks in the top 10% of Coldwell Banker professionals nationwide. A multi-million dollar producer, Linda has dealt with properties from $16,000 to 8 million dollars.
Linda succeeds for several reasons: the foremost is her professional dedication, ethical standards and style. She is a caring individual who will go the extra mile for her clients. Many of Linda's closest friends once bought or sold a home with her. Linda's customers are repeat clients because they have found in her not only a friend, but also an excellent business partner.
Linda has a thorough knowledge of the South Florida real estate market serving the areas of Miami-Dade and Southwest Broward counties. Linda hails from the great state of Virginia and often returns there to visit the mountains. She graduated from Robert E. Lee High School in the Shenandoah Valley and went on to graduate from Longwood College, also in Virginia.
She has two married daughters, Carolina and Victoria, three grandsons, Gavin, Noah and Justice, and one granddaughter, Gracyn.
A strong believer in giving back to the community, Linda volunteers at Nicklaus Children's Hospital with her sheltie Honey Bear in the PICU and CICU departments. She is also active in the Coral Gables chapter of the DAR.
Her husband, Will, is on the management team at Assurant Group. Linda and Will have been married since 1989.
